Academic path is not everything, but it is undoubtedly important. I love studying and it allows my mind to expand gradually, allowing to implement better more modern techniques and discoveries into my work. Each study has to be topped up with enough practise, as well as personal therapy and supervision by more experiences colleagues. I take these things seriously.
